Mugello This year the organization of Ferrari Corse Clienti had a difficult task with the Scuderia team still having 2 races to complete in the Formula One world championship. Having the Ferrari World Finals after the F1 season isn't an option due to the weather in Italy. They had two options; fly in F1 stars Alonso and Massa or come up with a plan B. For most of us, it will also be the first glance of the brand new Asia Pacific Series. We now will see if they can match the times from the European drivers. One thing is for sure, Ferrari chairman Luca di Montezemolo will be here to entertain the crowd, and he brought a special guest along.

San Cesario sul Panaro The story of this blog actually starts in the Summer of 2006, where I had the privilege of (probably) being the very first person to capture the first 2 Pagani Zonda F Roadsters in 1 shot, as the third one was still on the assembly line of this tiny super car factory.

Spa Francorchamps A back to back Tuesday on the Spa Francorchamps circuit. This time it was more or less to enjoy myself, rather than hunting for amazing photographs, as you may expect from me ;-)

As I wait outside for the red light to enter the paddock, the Ferrari XX-Series are already circling around the famous Belgium circuit. Where last week there was a db limit set, and some cars needed a muffler to reduce the noise, and now these 700bhp 599XX's and 860bhp FXX's are roaring like wild animals through the Arden forest. And then the best part still has to come, the Ferrari Formula One cars with their V10 engines.

Silverstone Pictures say more than words. One photo can have dozens of stories, but you need the pictures to create the story. As I scroll through the photos on my memory card, this weekend’s story starts to unfold.

It starts with a bus ride from the old to the new paddock. The British did a great job on this new pit building. But I wasn't there to inspect their construction work and taste of design, so back on the bus to car and find a spot around the track for the first shots of the weekend.
