How to Order?
Note you buy photo prints, not digital images.
Upon agreeing with the terms above, you can search for your favorite photographs. The store has a smart search function. You can search on driver names, team names or racing classes. Just fill in the name you are looking for, and you will know instantly if your favorites are available.
Once you have found your photos of interest, you can then choose from different formats. A border option is available. The larger the print, the larger the border. If you prefer a specific border format, please add this format in the comment box just before you place the order. Note that the formats shown in the option box, are the complete formats.
When you have finished shopping, click the 'View Basket' option on the left side of the page. You will be shown the total cost of the order, before proceeding to the payment page.
Payment options are only available with Paypal. Photo print(s) will only be sent after the payment is received. Incomplete orders will be cancelled after 14 days.
Before submitting the order, please recheck your address and order. Van De Velde Photography will not be held responsible for incorrect addresses.
Delivery
Photo prints will be sent by TNT Post. Van De Velde Photography will use the current shipping costs of this delivery service.
Orders placed within The Netherlands are usually received within 7-14 business days. Elsewhere in the world, may take significantly longer. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Van De Velde Photography will not be held responsible for damage during shipping.
Press Publications
Full size digital files are available for press publications only. These full size image files are not available as a download. After purchasing with Paypal, the purchased image(s) will be sent by Email to the Email address linked to the Paypal account. If the Email address is different, please add this in the comments.
For paper versions of published work, Van De Velde Photography requires a copy of the publication.
Van De Velde Photography is not held responsible for giving out the incorrect Email address after the purchase of digital images.
When purchasing a digital image, please be informed that you are not the copyright holder. Re-selling the products you purchased is not allowed, unless you purchased the copyright of the digital image(s).
Extra Service
The archive of Van De Velde Photography dates back to 2007. Van De Velde Photography will retrieve their archive upon receiving a deposit of €20. This amount will be deducted from your total order.
There is an event list available for free.
Privacy Policy
Van De Velde Photography assures the protection of your privacy. The information you provide about yourself, is kept in privacy to Van De Velde Photography.
The information in the database will not be available to any third parties. Van De Velde Photography will never sell your personal information to anyone else.
